About the event
Hip replacements are now a standard and ubiquitous procedure across all developed countries. However, issues can arise from a lack of precision in the positioning of the artificial cup inserted into the bone. This can result in ongoing pain or dislocation.
Sydney-based MedTech company Navbit Holdings has developed a single-use navigation system to help surgeons accurately place the acetabular cup during hip replacement procedures.
With more than a million hip replacements across the US and Europe annually, this technology has the potential to make a significant improvement in peoples lives.
This webinar will be presented by Navbit CEO Lynette Walters.
